Battery Guide

1.1 Battery Instructions::

- There are two charging methods: direct charging & removable battery charging.

- Charging a new battery may take longer to be fully charged when it is depleted, so fully charge your

bike before you use it for the first time.

- Charging is done according to the time specified by the special matching charger.

- You can check the status of the remaining battery charge on the LCD display

- The charging time is 4-6 hours, once the battery pack is fully charged, the charger will automatically

stop charging.

- When charging starts, the charging indicator will be red.

- When charging is finished and the charging indicator turns green, please unplug the main power

supply from the power outlet first, and then unplug the charger output from the bike battery

charging port.

NoteDo not assemble or repair while the power is on.

1.2 Charging Procedure on the Bike-Applicable to Pathfinder Series E-Bike Model

1) Opening the dust cover on the charging port;

2) Place the charger on a flat, safe surface and connect the charger's DC output connector to the

charging port on the side of the battery pack. Then connect the input plug (110/220-volt plug) to

the outlet to begin charging.

        

 

 

2.1 Battery

 When charging the electric bike, please keep it away from children and pets and make sure

there are no flammable objects nearby.

 When charging, it should be placed in a ventilated environment. Charging in a confined

space, residential building or high temperature environment is strictly prohibited. Charging

in a confined space, residential building or high temperature environment is strictly

prohibited.

 The battery of the electric bicycle must be stored in a temperature range of -20℃ to 45℃

Do not place the electric bicycle in a place where the temperature exceeds 45℃. When the

ambient temperature is below -20℃, the battery will enter a self-locking state and cannot

be charged or used.

 Keep the battery dry, do not put the battery in acidic or alkaline liquid, away from rain, fire

source and high temperatures. If necessary, keep the metal contacts clear and use a soft

dry cloth to clean them.

 It is strictly forbidden to reverse the positive and negative terminals of the battery, to

connect the positive terminal to the negative terminal, to damage, disassemble or short

circuit the battery.

 It is strictly forbidden to modify the battery, the electric control system and the frame

structure of the bicycle. Otherwise, it may cause safety hazards and void the warranty

service. If you continue to do so, everything will be at your own risk.

 Use the original battery/charger, do not use batteries/chargers of other brands or products

for charging.

 Before using your ebike, be sure to lock the battery with the included battery key and pull out

the battery key. Please keep the key properly and the user will be fully responsible for any

loss.

 Do not use the ebike when it is not fully charged. Do not use the ebike while it is charging or

connected to the charger.

 When not in use for a long time, you should put the battery in a cool and dry place and charge

it for two hours every month.

 If you accidentally submerge the battery or charger completely in water, immediately

disconnect the product, disconnect the motor from the battery and stop charging, then

contact us promptly for technical support and do not restart until we have conducted a guided

test.

 The battery must be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

- Used batteries are hazardous chemicals and should not be disassembled without

authorization and recycled by the relevant professional authorities.

- Do not throw the battery into the fire, the battery may explode or leak.

- Do not dispose of batteries in your regular household garbage.
