Our VIPDRIVE series products can accept cancellations and a full refund before shipment.

Returns (if applicable)
First of all, VIPDRIVE accepts the return request, but only within 14 business days of receiving the goods.
To apply for a refund, your goods must be initially unused. And the packaging must be original. In addition, you are also required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service before returning to make sure you send the package to the right address. Free shipping for consumers, no need to bear the shipping cost.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer the following flexible return and warranty policies:

30-Day Test Ride - No Questions Asked Returns
We provide a 30-day trial period for our eBikes. If you’re not completely satisfied with your eBike during this time, you can return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

Return Process: Customers are responsible for shipping the eBike back to our warehouse in its original condition.
Condition: The eBike must be returned with all original accessories and packaging. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may affect the refund amount.
1-Year Warranty
All our eBikes come with a comprehensive 1-year warranty.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues with the frame, motor, or battery.

If the goods received by the consumer have problems due to our quality or transportation reasons. The consumer can initiate a replacement without considering the above conditions, just return your electric bike as required by us, without paying any shipping fees.

 

Note:
It should be noted that customized orders or some personalized products are non-refundable.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving the returned e-bike, we will send an email to notify you. If the refund is approved, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Give Back
Please follow the steps below to return the products purchased on the official website of VIPDRIVE Electric Bicycle within 14 business days of our applicative product delivered:
Contact our Support team to implement your return and obtain permission to submit the orders for returns.

Establish delivery label addressed to "VIPDRIVE electric bike Returns".
Remember to use the original packaging to wrap the product and ensure that the product will be returned.
If you are sure you want to return the goods, we will let you know by email where to send it. Please fully cooperate and comply with our requirements.
After we confirm that the goods received are in good condition, your refund will be confirmed to you via email within 3 business days.

 

Exchange (if applicable)
If the product you receive is damaged due to transportation, we will reissue it free of charge. If the overall damage exceeds 50%, we will reissue a bicycle to you free of charge and immediately provide you with a free return order number. All you need to do is contact the local courier company and have them pick up the package. When we receive your return, we will immediately arrange for a new shipment within the same day. During this period, you do not need to undertake any costs.

Cancellation Policy

At VIPDRIVE, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please follow our cancellation policy below:

Eligibility for Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours after placement, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

How to Cancel Your Order:

  • To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer service team at vipdrivebike@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and request the cancellation.

Refund Process:

  • Once your cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Exceptions:

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Return Policy.
